Seniors don’t have to diet in order to look good. Spread out your meals into six small portions daily. This causes your metabolism to kick up a notch and burn more calories. Eating fibers in the morning will get your system off to a great start. Drink hot lemon and water within thirty minutes of getting out of bed. This will get your system flowing, decrease your stomach size and make you feel less hungry. Exercise by taking morning walks; one mile is an affective distance. If you cannot walk a mile try a half mile until you can walk farther distances at one time. Do stretches that will firm your aging skin. The more you exercise, the better you will feel in the long run.
Sex is not over when you become a senior. By eating right and exercising often can increase your sexual stamina. Consult your primary physician if you have a deficient sexual desire.
